Request tapp+ account deletion

To request deletion of your tapp+ account and associated personal data, email support@tapp.plus from the email address registered to your account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What we delete

After verification, we delete the account profile and associated personal data held for the account, including contact details and user-created content where it is not required for another customer’s records or a legal obligation.

Limited retention

We retain only security, audit, legal, or regulatory records where necessary. Those records are retained for the minimum period required for the relevant obligation and are securely disposed of when that period ends.
