Welcome to tapp+! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Use of the App

User Conduct

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of tapp+ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

Fees and Payment (For Businesses)
If you are using the App on behalf of a business, your business agrees to pay all applicable fees for the use of the App as described in the pricing plan selected during registration. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but we will provide advance notice of any fee changes.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App’s content or the content of any websites linked to the App. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall tapp+, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tapp+, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
